We are looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager to strengthen our team. In your role you will be responsible for the implementation of our Smart Building Software-As-A-Service solution to customers around the globe. With your background in managing and delivering technical solutions and services, you will further strengthen our Value Delivery team and will be able to apply your knowledge of IoT, sensor networks, technical infrastructure to deliver the best smart building solution:
You will be accountable for the implementation and delivery of our IoT and SaaS solution especially from a technical perspective, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and building performance.
You will design and manage the project implementation of the IoT sensor network, sensor placement, purchase and delivery in clients’ buildings.
You are expected to coordinate projects across multiple internal and external teams that have a stake in the project. You'll manage the masterplan, push progress forward to meet deadlines and budgets, and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the project stays on the rails.
You will be responsible for the customer’s success - act as the first point of contact towards our customers, partners and vendors during the implementation and delivery phases and play a key role in ensuring the solution is delivered, users are onboarded and the customers are set up and are deriving maximum value from the solution.
You will work very closely with the internal product team as a voice of the customer and advocating for tools/services that would make the delivery and implementation as frictionless as possible.
Working with the Commercial team as early as during the initiation and scoping of projects, the product and engineering teams to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of the solution, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the customer’s core journey with NEXT Sense.
This is a key role of realizing the value we aim to deliver to our customers while ensuring the scalability of our solution through standardized solutions. This is the corner-stone of growing our company’s global presence.
Min 5 years of project management experience, preferably at least 3 years as Project Manager in delivering IoT and/or sensor hardware solutions
Bachelor in Engineering or comparable field of study
EU working permit
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
Well-structured and process oriented
Have a great knack for working with people and keep everyone working towards the same goal
Customer service orientation
Good problem solver, fast, pragmatic and result oriented
Communicative, help diverse colleagues gel together as team players.
