identify bottlenecks and help us automate key workflows
co-create our automation roadmap for smarter, faster delivery
The assisting role is more than support; it’s strategic. You’ll collaborate closely with our implementation leads, directly contributing to tools and processes used for buildings worldwide.
We are looking for someone

a zero-hours contract with a 14.40 euro/hour salary, 8% holiday allowance and travel cost reimbursement.
The process
The first step will be a short introductory call (maximum 30 minutes) to assess whether you meet the must-have requirements for the role.
If you pass this initial screening, we will invite you to our office for an in-person interview. During this session, you will also complete a practical test to evaluate your knowledge and skills with CAD Programs.
The office
The city of Amsterdam is our home base. We are an international group of ambitious, enthusiastic, and fun-loving people, who believe in dreaming up big ideas and making them happen!
Some background on us..
Commercial buildings must adhere to a maximum use of 70 kWh per square meter, annually, to be labeled ‘Paris-proof’, aligned with the Paris Agreement signed by 159 states worldwide. To date, only 3% of commercial real estate has achieved this and Next Sense aims to bring on board the remaining 97%. In 2024, legislative bodies, including the EU Taxonomy, CSRD and SFDR, are demanding organizations to include their carbon footprint data into annual accounts. As these requirements augment, so does the need for compliant reporting, which starts with data-driven buildings that have reduced energy consumption. Next Sense will do just that, by offering building owners performance insights that align with legislation and decarbonization options. Next to that, it will offer A.I. building control and performance optimization to owners, placing their projects onto the path to ‘Paris-proof’.
