At Next Sense we're looking for a Project & Implementation intern to join our team.

About the internship

We are looking for an intern in the Implementation team for 6-12 months, available for a minimum of 16 hours per week.

In this role, you will support the Implementation team in delivering projects to key customers internationally. You will be responsible for onboarding relevant sensor data and building information on our platform and helping the team in delivering operational tasks. You are expected to manage source data files and floor plans in different formats and prepare these for ingestion in our platform. You will be actively involved in improving data ingestion processes and starting automation initiatives, where you can take larger ownership depending on your experience. You will communicate with implementation managers and experts in building systems on deliverables, priorities, and timelines. 

This position is based in our Amsterdam office. We are an international group of ambitious, enthusiastic, and fun-loving people, who believe in dreaming up big ideas and making them happen! 

About you

We are looking for you, if you...

  • are organized, well-structured and process oriented; 

  • are ready to roll up sleeves and come up with solutions; 

  • are able to learn tools and processes quickly; 

  • have experience with Microsoft Excel, Python and Pandas. Experience with Revit is nice to have;  

  • are capable of delivering on agreed timelines and communicating on progress;  

  • are fully proficient in written and spoken English (C1 or higher); 

  • are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field at a Dutch university; 

  • are currently living in the Netherlands; 

  • are excited about our goal to create smarter, healthier, and more sustainable buildings around the world.
